Staying in "touch" with

![]()
Dear Aiki Move &
Stretchers,
Aiki Move & Stretch

exploration all the way. Each week a class has been provided at the Hagukumi

3. Get your 10
Lesson Cards!
Since September, we have
started with the 10 lesson programme. Therefore, instead of paying 10 eur per
lesson, you can now obtain a card for 75 eur which gives you access to 10
lessons. Each time you come for a lesson, your card will be signed and dated
by Lawrence
sensei.

4. Theme of the
Week.
Have you been reading
the theme of the week each week? The idea is that every week I will pick a
subject of inspiration which allows us to focus in a specific way on our Aiki
practice. The subject will mostly be relevant to Aikido concepts but
sometimes it may have a broader tone and apply to all forms of personal
development. The idea of the theme is to inspire and motivate but also to
learn from each others' interpretations and experiences when applied to the
practice. You can read the theme of the week from the weekly email
distribution. If you are not yet on the mailing list for this, then do let us
know and you will be duely registered for receiving the theme per email. You
are also welcome to join and follow the Aiki Move & Stretch facebook
page, where the weekly theme is also posted (see https://www.facebook.com/AikiMoveStretch).

5. An interesting
event coming up 12th and 13th of October.
On the weekend of the
12th and 13th of October, the Samurai Game(R) comes to the Hague . This is an intensively fun and
challenging leadership, teambuilding and personal development workshop based
around a game in which a battle takes place. The battle is a metaphor for our
daily lives and, within the battle, one can notice parallels of behavior in
response to triggers. Married with the game are Aiki principles which help
the participants gain the most out of impressions collected during the game.
The price for two days is 100 eur (high income)/75 eur (low income). For more
information, send an email to lawrence.warry@gmail.com.

For more general information
about the Samurai Game(R), go to the Samurai Game(R) facebook page for The
Netherlands (https://www.facebook.com/samuraigamenl) or
